Personal Trainer and Founder of Ryno Fitness
Ryan Babbitt
From a young age, I knew I wanted to work in an industry that would allow me to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Throughout my youth, sports also became a core part of my being, and I developed a particular appreciation for the training and development that goes along with athletic conditioning. Eventually, I started enjoying the physical and interpersonal results of training more than the sports themselves.
My budding fascination with the human body pushed me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science in the hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist.
Along this path, I became a personal trainer at Equinox, one of the most respected high-end gyms in America. Equinox’s Wall Street location in New York City became my personal dojo if you will; a place where I could hone my own abilities as a trainer while also passing my expertise on to clients.
In my time with Equinox, I quickly realized that personal training was more than a job - it was my calling. I woke up every day without dreading "work" or going into the "office.” Training allowed me to work with a diverse population of people, aiming to instill a focus on basic principles and movements that help alleviate pain, improve quality of life, grow physical abilities, and most importantly, lead to a happier, healthier life.
At Ryno Fitness, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself, inside and out. Together, through some physical adversity in training, and a grounded understanding of nutrition, we’ll work together to get you on track to a lifestyle that's easily maintainable and can dramatically improve your quality of living.
Whether our relationship is through online coaching, where I provide guidance, structure, and accountability, or from a more intimate method of personal training - remotely or in-person - It would be my honor and a privilege to work with you not just as a fitness coach, but as a friend.
